TNS - Senior Research Executive

Synopsis :

To contribute in Project linked inputs and outputs by designing questionnaires, making quotations, presentations, report writing. Participation in development - business/ process/ advanced research skills/ client handling etc.

Job Content :

- To take a research brief, understanding the client's requirements

- To design & finalize quotations with support from team leader

- Writing a research proposal with support from team leader

- Design a questionnaire to meet research objectives

- To write coding frames and design analysis specs

- Field/EDP Briefing & Monitoring

- Supporting the Project Manager/Team Leader in the entire project

- Coordination (Field/EDP/Client)

- Understanding, analysis & Interpretation of data

- To monitor cost in each job

- Presentation Writing (First Draft/ Final)

- To write the Research Report with little direction

- Participation in the Presentation

- Service and new business generation from an existing client by appraising latest TNS research techniques.

- Understanding of various research techniques and models (pricing models/ special analysis models - cluster analysis, factor analysis etc)

- Learn new range of research techniques for new business sectors

- Start writing DGs with minimal supervision

Accountability/Responsibility :

Functional Specialization/Self-Execution Leadership/Accountability only for defined work and projects involving immediate action or Short-Term Planning. Results begin to have impact on larger projects. Revenue Target - Nil to Minimum

Skills/Abilities :

Medium/High level of supervision is required. Understanding of team/group processes, Sets individual priorities and executes work plans, Coordination and Support to the Team Leader
