TMRW - Senior Human Resource Business Partner - IIM/TISS/XLRI/SCMHRD

- Working in the TMRW (Aditya Birla Digital Fashion) Bangalore head office and managing the brand remotely.

- Managing stakeholders based on different states

- Taking care of employee engagement activities for various brands and designing employee engagement calendars

- Taking regular one-to-one discussions with employees

- Build a good relationship with founders and business heads of various brands

- Acting as the supervisory body for HR Ops activities

- Travel from time to time whenever required to meet the brands

- Infuse Aditya Birla Group culture and value in all the brand and take care brand HR integration

Criteria:

- Master's degree in HR from premium B-school preferred

- 4-6yrs of experience as HRBP preferably from D2C/e-commerce brands

- Experience in handling multiple brands is an added advantage

- Must be agile and a strong decision maker
