Candidate will be part of M&A / Investments team that handles deal sourcing, evaluation, execution and integration

3. Understanding of financial statements & accounting

Background & Experience:

1. Outstanding academic record

2. 2+ years of experience in Management Consulting / PE/VC Investment Firms / Investment Banking is preferred

Roles & Responsibilities:

7. Conducting industry research

8. Preparing company investment collaterals

9. Coordinating with various advisors for smooth deal closure

10. Has experience with Due Diligence, Financial analysis model Evaluation
