About the Role:

- Reporting, MIS, FP&A, financial Planning and reporting, budgeting, forecasting, budgeting, variance analysis, knowledge of Tally, excellent knowledge of excel, sound knowledge of accounting, accrual, prepayments.

Key Responsibilities:

- Preparation of financial statements for private equity funds of varied structures especially trusts under I-GAAP, IFRS and US GAAP

- Preparation/review of monthly/quarterly/yearly management reporting of private equity trust fund.

- Working knowledge of Management Fee calculations, NAV calculations and reporting, SEBI AIF regulatory requirements.

- Control over day-to-day accounts / Book-keeping of private equity trust fund.

- Taking care of all statutory compliances such as Income tax (Advance tax, TDS, Annual Filing), Service Tax (Reverse Charge, Payment, Input Credit, Refund, filings), SEBI, VAT, FEMA, and Company Law.

- Audit assistance to client companies.

- Client relationship management and explore opportunities of new work with existing clients.

- The incumbent will be responsible for client handling.

Key Requirements:

- Qualified Chartered Accountant with minimum 3 years of experience in Book keeping and Direct & Indirect tax compliance.

- Experience in the preparation of Financials of private equity funds especially trusts is must.

- Knowledge of SEBI regulations of AIF trusts will be an added advantage.

- Should have worked on consolidation

- Experience in handling clients will be an added advantage

- Knowledge of Tally is a must.

- Knowledge of other accounting software such as Quick Book, Microsoft Dynamix will be added advantage

- Working knowledge of the SEBI,FEMA, and Companies Act is desirable

- Good communication skill is a must.
