Job Description
Qualification:
- Minimum work experience of 5+years (Max 10years) with a Dynamic startup firm - handling 100+ employees in Culture Building Recruitment, Training, Performance Appraisal, Culture Building
- Master's in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field from reputed Institutions like IIM, IIT, ISB, NIT, BITS, Symbiosis, XLRI, Great Lakes Etc.
Language Known: English, Hindi
Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment and Staffing: Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs. Develop and
implement effective recruitment strategies. Conduct job interviews and facilitate the hiring process.
- Manage onboarding and orientation for new employees.
2. Employee Relations: Address employee concerns and provide guidance on conflict resolution.
- Implement and enforce HR policies and procedures. Foster a positive workplace culture and employee engagement.
3. Benefits Administration: Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance. Respond to employee inquiries about benefits and assist with claims resolution.
4. Training and Development: Identify training needs and coordinate professional development programs.
- Organize workshops and training sessions to enhance employee skills.
5. Performance Management: Oversee the performance appraisal process. Provide guidance on performance improvement plans.
- Recognize and reward employee achievements.
6. Compliance: Stay current on labour laws and regulations. Ensure HR policies and practices comply with legal requirements.
- Manage employee records and data in accordance with privacy laws.
7. HR Administration: Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records. Prepare and analyze HR reports for management.
- Manage HR-related documentation and communication.
