TL/Team Manager/DGM/GM - Pharmacovigilance

We have multiple opening in Pharmacovigilance role:

Designation - Team Lead, Team Manager, Deputy General Manager, & General Manager

Education: Any Life Sciences graduate

Experiences : 4 to 13+ yrs

Its a general Job Description:

Operational Responsibilities:

- Lead the PV operations of designated locations

- Overall responsible for successful delivery of service at offshore

- Strategic decisions with regard to operations at offshore

- Attrition management at offshore operations

- Ensure customer satisfaction on project deliverables

- Assess and prioritize actions

- Lead and manage the implementation of the project

- Monitor overall performance of SLAs

- Follow up if SLA is not meeting expectations

- Make operational decisions with regards to operations offshore

- Lead operational review meetings and contribute to steering meetings

- Capacity planning and work load forecasting in consultation with Management

- Maintain knowledge on current staffing pattern and foresee future staff requirement to facilitate timely recruitment

- Responsible for hiring, setting and monitoring of annual performance for team members

- Responsible for people management including coaching and career development and talent retention of Project team members

- Attend regular review meetings and liaise with management as appropriate

- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in PV operations

- Provide support to internal & external audits for PV operations

- Generation of monthly performance reports

- Provide annual performance appraisals of direct reports and provide regular feedback.

- Ensure completion of training plan and training records for all direct reports

- Reporting to the Deputy General Manager on performance, work in progress status and escalations if any

- Identify Issues/Risks

Desired Skills and Experience

Essential Qualification:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree or PhD in Health Care Studies (Pharmacy, Medicine\Alternative Medicine, Nursing and Life-Sciences)

- A minimum of 8 years working experience including leading of teams for more than 4 years, ideally in Pharmaceutical/Clinical research/BPS industry, preferably in PV Case management with proven track record

- Excellent leadership skills with strong emphasis on target and expectation setting

- Ability to act in an inter cultural setting by translating customer's expectation to team leads and also directly to the service team

- High affinity to process driven tasks and structured approaches

- Ability to self-manage and self-motivate as well as motivate team leads and the entire service team

- Ability to describe and present complex topics in an easy to understand way

- Excellent written and verbal communication including professional documentation skills
