Team Leader - Reconciliation (CA)

LOOKING FOR TEAM LEADER - RECONCILIATION FOR LEADING SHARED SERVICES BASED OUT OF CHENNAI.

Experience - 3 to 5 Years (It would be good if he has reconciliation background)

Qualification : CA

Location: Chennai

- Need to lead a team of 10 + associates who perform reconciliations of various nature (across countries) like Dr's recs, Bank recs, GL recs etc

- Need to review the recons to check if they are upto the global standards, check if the deadlines are met (both internal and external) and give a proper direction to the team in performing them better

- Need to liaison with the clients, let them know the status, sit on escalations, get them resolved

- Need to check if the corporate criteria for the recs is met or not

- Do their appraisals, give the team feedback on their performance and bring them up the learning curve

- Plan for meeting the deadlines for key and non key recs

- Come up with automation ideas to improve the teams productivity

Requirement :

- Good understanding of accounting standards/principles / concepts, accruals, prepaid Understand the financial markets
