Their business is on the growth path, and as part of the CFO division, their Management Reporting team contributes to this growth mission by providing reliable information to all stakeholders. The team is a business crucial team that employs approximately 30 people across Zürich, London and Pune, and the AVP role is crucial to leading and motivating this team and its performance.

Job Description - The Job Involves:

- Generating Group-wide performance reports for supporting management decisions

- Advising the financial analysts based in Zürich on all matters related to reporting

- Steering data gathering from FPA teams across the globe

- Integrating data into Essbase and Microsoft Excel templates to enable accurate reporting

- Analyzing management reporting processes to identify gaps in the current MI tools and suggesting improvements for the same

- Analyzing and Re-engineering current MI tools and processes to boost efficiency and improve controls

The Successful Candidate - You will be an MBA in finance (CIMA/ CMA preferred) with 5+ years' experience in related field of work in a Multinational Company. You will have some experience with Project management as well as managing small teams. You will be proficient in English and possess the talent to turn figures into insights. You will have strong analytical, organizational and presentation skills and an ability to prioritize work. You will have a keen eye for detail and a hands on approach to work. You will enjoy working in a results driven, competitive environment. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Power-Point and Essbase Hyperion is a must.
