Essential Duties and Responsibilities

- Implement successful bidding strategies and effective keyword management

- Analyze and assess the performance of online advertising campaigns and translate quantitative and qualitative data into recommendations and plans for revising the campaign strategy

- Use statistical analysis to draw conclusions about marketing campaigns and make recommendations accordingly

- Develop and maintain effective paid search campaigns - continually optimize through ad copy testing, keyword analysis, and bidding strategy

- Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights

- Brainstorm and execute new and creative growth strategies

- Create and execute marketing campaigns to increase retention of existing users

- Analyze the performance of all Marketing campaigns and suggest improvements

- Improve the overall performance by focusing on various stages in user journey (funnels)

- Responsible for delivering on key marketing KPIs

Education and/or Experience

- Masters degree in Marketing with a minimum relevant work experience of 2 years

- Very strong analytical and problem solving skills

- High level of experience working with Google AdWords, Facebook Paid Advertising, Email Marketing and other paid search platforms

- High level of experience working with analytical softwares (e.g. Google Analytics etc.)

- Proficient in Excel

- Experiencing in optimising landing pages to improve conversions

- Experience on SEO will be a plus

Experience: 1-3 years

Candidates available for immediate joining will be preferred.

Salary Offered : 7-9 LPA
