Entrepreneur in Residence (EIR) Track@ TIW :

TIW's approach to investment is hands on. It engages actively with portfolio companies, enabled by its control position, and work extensively on accelerating the growth and margin profile of the portfolio companies. It acts as a change catalyst, transforming the business model and competitive positioning of its portfolio companies.

The EIR program at TIW, looks to place extremely talented business managers at the forefront of its operating strategy within the portfolio companies. The EIRs work extensively on building new business verticals, new markets, new products, new capabilities, new technologies and in the process transforming the companies to a fast-growing modern enterprise.

It's not only the entrepreneurial journey which is exciting for EIRs @TIW, but also the extensive support and availability of capital protects the downside for EIRs. - Head Online Business as an independent vertical working directly with the fund

- P&L Management
