1. Scope of the role	  Lead the creation of display, visual & product related VM across Titan Eye Plus stores.  Development of innovative and original VM, POS and fixture designs for the eyewear retail requirements  2. Job Profile	  The designer will have to conceptualize and use design skills to create original 2D, 3D retail displays and design solutions that reflect Titan’s design ethos and enhance the consumer retail experience.   The designer would be required to work independently and complete challenging projects in alignment with the marketing team’s requirements from time to time.   Create adaptations of main outdoor creative’s in various ratios for various campaigns.  Be responsible for a uniform look across the retail stores for all categories like sunglasses and frames, etc.  Create adaptations of Visual creative’s for specific use across stores  Developing design guideline sheets & material specification sheets of display elements for rollout across regions.  3. Key Deliverables	  - Developing effective design solutions in line with brand needs.  - Ability to perform and apply design skills, including typography, ideation, color theory, use of texture, visual presentation development and layout, sense of space/architecture, proportion and scale   - Ability to manage multiple and competing work priorities, demands and changes  - Ensuring creatives are in line with Brand guidelines  - Responding to campaign requirements with relevant adapts  - High level of expertise using design software/technology with ability to produce electronic files for production purposes   4. The right person 	  - Bachelor's degree in Design and about 3 years' design experience   - Retail design industry/environments and fixture design   - Knowledge of and sensitivity to trends influencing design in general   - Should have experience of working in the lifestyle category   - Should have knowledge of both graphic design and hard VM designs  - Ability to work closely with internal teams to meet business needs of various stakeholders  - Positive, can-do attitude.  - Good oral and written communication and presentation skills
