This role requires the person to drive the digital strategy for the international business division of Titan which is present in 30+ international countries, with 5+ consumer product categories (incl. Watches, Jewellery, Eyewear, Fragrances,Accessories). The strategy for all countries & categories is to be formulated & driven across multiple global marketplaces,Titan & Tanishq-owned brand commerce websites, and external partner/ distributor websites. The role is expected to deliver the sale target along with a world class experience across all digital channels.

In-depth understanding of the ecommerce ecosystems for both marketplaces & websites is critical, understanding & knowledge of growth levers (digital/ performance marketing, content, SEO etc.) is critical, along with a keen understanding & learning attitude towards the varied consumer categories of Titan. Ability to analyse data for decision making & comfort with navigating ambiguous situations to create clear strategic roadmaps is critical for the success of the role.

Marketplaces for WEFA categories (Watches, Eyewear, Fragrances, Accessories)

1. Own & drive the annual marketing calendar for marketplaces by managing the budget & in alignment with business teams, business partners & marketplace partners.

2. Drive desirable experience on all marketplaces by building premium brand imagery in all countries

3. Drive growth & experience of new categories (EFA) in alignment with business teams, build Titan as a lifestyle brand on marketplaces.

4. Drive month on month sale by making select investments in key markets & marketplaces, on strategic & locally relevant events,ensure regular reporting of sale & campaigns.

5. Build visual content for key events, campaigns and launches on e-com marketplaces, to be used on brand pages and social media, in line with brand aspiration

6. Constantly innovating to optimise & leverage new features & trends on marketplaces, with a consumer centric approach to drive higher awareness & sale.

WEFA Brand Website:

1. Build & grow the global WEFA discovery website with a consumer centric approach, build Titan as a global lifestyle brand.

2. Drive discovery by building globally relevant features like multi-category navigation, lifestyle imagery and multi-country store locators.

3. Drive a desirable experience on the website through constant updating of content for new categories and products.

4. Ensure regular tracking & reporting of traffic & other website metrics.

5. Explore 3rd party solutions to enable commerce on the WEFA site.

Tanishq GCC Brand Commerce:

1. Drive a desirable brand experience on the discovery website through premium brand imagery, latest collections, web pages and offer related communication in alignment with the marketing & store teams

2. Drive launch of commerce on the website, evaluate & on-board the right of vendor partners across logistics, payments.

3. Own & drive the sales target through the website for the region.

4. Own & improve all relevant metrics like traffic, conversion, retention, demographics, marketing channel contribution.

5. Drive the funnel based approach from acquisition to conversion, ensuring each step is optimised.

6. Implement & drive website analytics through Google/ Adobe analytics.

7. Drive merchandising on the website to ensure high sale throughput.

8. Own the customer experience on the website by making necessary audits & changes to the UI/UX of the website.

9. Enable team preparedness for ecommerce by facilitating appropriate knowledge transfer, training and seminars with internal & external teams for leveraging web tools & analytics.

10. Regular review & reporting of website metrics for the larger team.

11. Identify & implement relevant customer service models for the channel.

12. Build & drive assisted commerce through assisted commerce channels like live chat, video calling, virtual try-on.

13. Explore, evaluate & implement new trends like social commerce for community building.

Tanishq US Brand Commerce:

1. Drive a desirable brand experience on the discovery website through premium brand imagery, latest collections, web pages and offer related communication in alignment with the marketing & store teams.
