Retail Operations Manager - SKINN

Job Details:

To drive sales and achieve profitability targets by coordinating the Management of Stores operations (comprising of Titan World, Fastrack Stores & SKINN Kiosk) for Fragrance sales, delivering high quality service to customers and ensuring the use of right tools and capabilities to deliver and outperform set targets.

Process Contributions:

Sales: Sales planning: Business plan formulation

1. Develop and drive the annual business plan for Fragrances sales in-line with the overall business plan and create a sales plan cascaded to the region, store and brand level in coordination with the relevant stakeholders.

2. Drive productivity in manned doors, drive higher SKINN share in Focus doors.

3. Review and provide counter measures on the sales performance against the plan on a regular basis.

4. Develop and approve the network expansion strategies on an annual basis in line with the business needs

5. Design & drive consumer scheme & marketing inputs month on month in retail channels.

6. SPOC for all VM related implementations & drives in retail Channel.

7. Annual business plan, Year on Year business growth

8. Sales Execution: Merchandise Replenishment - Provide inputs and coordinate with merchandising team on defining the product mix or modifying the same for a new or existing store

9. Identify the fast-moving products across channels and coordinate with the marketing teams to build a favourable new product pipeline and maximize channel profitability.

10. Review and provide inputs of the sales performance against the plan on a regular basis

11. Develop and approve manpower optimization strategies for the retail function

Retail Operations: Channel Productivity

1. Create, modify and approve the store level SOPs for Retail & Kiosk

2. Approve the audit partners and audit schedules to ensure compliance of the SOPs, lean operations.

3. Ensure commercial compliance in the Retail & Kiosk with coordination from the commercial teams and Key Account Managers.

4. Retail marketing - managing BTL budgets - Process simplifications through automation and multi-stakeholder alignment.

Retail Operations : Kiosk Management

1. Identify Kiosk locations & be the SPOC for Identification to setup & implementation of Kiosk across the country. Ensure all elements required for a new store are in place, in time for new store opening

2. Monitor new store performance and inputs to increase sales

3. Enable & Support the Area Business Managers for the Channel to drive Store Ops

4. Identify operational issues/ glitches and approve countermeasures for the stores to ensure smooth sales

5. Ensure day to day smooth operations of Kiosk, following all the commercial processes & ensure all store operations across stores are followed as per SOP

6. Driving retail operations through establishing correct measure and analytics of walk-in tracking, media tracking.

7. Network health improvement through bottom store plan, premium and key store plan, driving sales productivity through structured review templates

8. Ensuring overall Kiosk Profitability.

9. BA Target & Incentive management for all promoters in Titan world, Speciality Retail & Kiosks. Design, develop and approve the annual incentive schemes for the store staff based on the strategic objectives and consolidated inputs from regional field sales teams / Area Business Managers for the Channel

10. Conduct quarterly review to assess the effectiveness of the incentive scheme and propose course correction measures

11. Coordinate with relevant stakeholders in executing the employee incentive schemes across the division with coordination from the HR and finance teams
