Major Deliverables :  - Leading the marketing efforts of brand Titan Eyeplus and Product Portfolio (Category) management of all Prescription Eyewear categories across the 400+ stores of the division  - Demonstrate deep understanding of consumer, competition, global and local trends. Create design differentiation by working closely with the Design team to create a value for money offering  - Formulate brand communication strategy in ensuring high visibility of House Brand products (Lenses, Frames & Accessories) to increase leadership in the category. Conceptualize and influence various internal teams and external agencies to plan and execute campaigns across media ATL, BTL, Digital to ensure the brand health scores  Responsibilities :   Marketing :  - Conceptualize, plan and execute impactful and innovative advertising campaigns to drive sale and aspiration for the brand  - 360 degree execution of campaigns across all marketing media TV, Print, Digital, Press, Outdoor etc.  - Take ownership and drive brand metrics thereby ensuring brand salience & imagery scores are as per targets  - Own & drive communication across all digital platforms Website, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Blog  Product Management :  - Build and maintain profitable product portfolios - House Brand of frames, International Brands, Lenses & Contact lenses   - Implement a successful pricing & promotion strategy to ensure that top and bottom line targets are met  - Launch new products to maintain an optimal range and choice across price bands / customer segments / store types  House Brands : Develop innovative and differentiated new products as per global eyewear trends to lead the category in the Indian Market  - Strengthen customer and competition understanding through research and market visits  Key Stakeholders :   Internal :   - Sourcing, Merchandising, Quality, Retail, Optometry & Commercial teams   External :   - Creative, Digital, PR & Media Planning agencies  - International Frame vendors, International brand distributors in India  Desirable Profile :  - Management Graduate with a specialization in Marketing from preferably premier institute  - Experience in brand management including advertising and Product Management / Category Management  - Approx 8 - 10 years of relevant work experience  - From a Lifestyle Category domain  Essential Competencies :  - Team Management Experience  - Prior exposure in Marketing & Campaign Management  - Strong Analytical Skills  - An eye for detail and aesthetics  - Open to travel (Domestic / International)  Additional Details :  The role involves International travel for 5-10 days every quarter
