Create proposals and prepare indents for new product after confirmation from factory to CFA 2. Resolve escalations in case of new product introduction coordination with ISCM and marketing teams 3. Create a distribution plan/list and share the same with the demand planning and ISCM teams - Sales forecast - Number of cases of unavailability of products in CFA Merchandising: Product Management: Performance Monitoring : 1. Identify and approve SKUs that needs to be replaced at store level during a new product introduction and stop the replenishment of underperforming stocks through buffer kills while considering the lead times and assortment norms 2. Review store-wise assortment performance and design countermeasures by modifying assortment mix 3. Design and develop schemes targeted towards stock liquidation of the slow-moving variants by identifying and categorizing products 4. Sensitize regional teams to focus on slow moving stocks in stores through focused product displays or by triggering store staff incentives for targeted sales - Stock liquidation - Percentage of aged stock in stores - Effectiveness of liquidation of stock 1. Identify and accommodate demand variations in the replenishment cycle to cater to the seasonality, new product launches or targeted sales initiatives. - Replenishment plan - Secondary growth - Ranking - Primary and secondary target achievement 1. Create and monitor the best options of SKUs for every store adhering to the respective assortment norms 2. Monitor the ageing of stocks in the stores to alter replenishment cycle for underperforming units 3. Coordinate with merchandising &amp; brand teams to identify products to be retired based on brand requirements 4. Return logistics - SKU wise performance tracking - Return to be planned - Alignment - Percentage of aged stock in stores - Return stock %. Automation in LFS 1. Automate all manual tasks in LFS. - Reduction in manual jobs - Solution should be futuristic in design to have long lasting impact. - Reduction in process time. - Adoption of the solution by other channels/ division.
