SUMMARY: Responsible for HR function of Titan for the Jewellery Business at Corporate Office. As a critical member of the corporate business team, this position is required to manager Merchandising, Marketing, Retail, Design & Commercial teams. The role holder would be the custodian for people practices for the business.   Business Partnering :   - Act as a single point of the contact for the employees and managers for the business  - Identify, prioritize, and build organizational capabilities for continuing business success in conjunction with business leaders.  - Drive core HR processes for the Corporate team and coordinate and manage annual processes for the entire Jewellery business.  - Devise HR interventions for the business and work with regional teams for deployment of the same  - Responsible for tracking and maintaining key data metrics pertaining to the employee base and periodically reporting the same to Business leaders  Recruitment & Staffing :  - Support business in forecasting and planning talent requirements in line with the function/business strategy  - Drive talent acquisition and ensure quality of hire and adherence to recruitment timelines, processes and standards  Employee Engagement & Welfare :  - Manage personnel administration (activities relating to the employee life-cycle) and welfare activities for the business  - Analyze trends and metrics in partnership with the HR group to develop solutions, programs, and policies  - Accountable for investigation into and resolution of all grievances and ethical concerns within timelines  - Drive all employee engagement initiatives specific for the business  - Identify and implement practices to improve employee morale and motivation. Be the point person for all employee concerns.  Desired Profile :  - Post Graduate in HRM from a reputed institute  - Around 6-10 years of work experience in HR function. Experience in HR operations/sales HR/Regional HR roles in FMCG, Retail, Telecom or Food and Hospitality sectors would be preferred  - Good conceptual clarity  - Proven operational experience and ability  - Ability to handle multiple stakeholders  - Ability to establish trust and a reputation for discretion, sound judgment, and advice  - Capacity to effectively initiate relationships and build rapport with senior leadership  - Ability to lead and provide direction to a team  - High energy levels and willingness to travel
