Loyalty Program Management : Develop and own the loyalty program - Encircle- and related initiatives across geographies in alignment with the business and regional teams 1. Growing and managing a consolidated customer database of International - Encircle customers by each Titan category, region and channel. A key focus is to improve the RFM metrics of these customers through data enrichment, the use of analytics leading to a high degree of relevant personalisation of products and services. 2. Working with various partners such as BFSI companies, other Tata Companies, other complementary brands etc. to augment the - encircle- offering beyond loyalty and to acquire new customers and points into encircle. 3. Working with the central loyalty teams in Titan and - Tata One- on setting up and driving the Encircle International program processes across all geographies. 4. CRM and DBM campaigns: 5. Customer Acquisition: Work with the Business Managers and Brand Managers to identify and target new audiences and segments by showcasing relevant Titan products and/or by making offers to join - encircle- . Work with direct and indirect database agencies, Indian associations to target and acquire new customers. 6. Customer Retention: Work with the Titan analytics team to build engagement and retention strategies that increase RFM, reduce dormancy increase wallet share and lifetime value of our encircle customers. - End objective is to drive visitors to online channels and walk ins to the various in-store channels driving up sales. - Data Analytics, Insighting &amp; Personalisation: Own the data management platform and mine it for actionable insights. - Partner with the Brand Managers and the Analytics Team for customer profiling and insights that translate into design and execution of marketing campaigns and initiatives across channels for both hunting in new customers and farming existing ones. - Oversee data consolidation, report development, and analysis of cross-channel campaigns (and their performance) that are executed through different channels. - Run campaigns to enrich customer data and use this date to deliver individually personalised campaigns making highly relevant offers to customers. Key metrics: - Customer acquisition - Customer retention and improving RFM metrics. - Customer data fill rates and the degree of personalisation.
