Provide inputs for defining the total rewards strategy aligned to the business requirements and market trends 2. Liaison with the consultants for conducting the compensation benchmarking exercise to determine the desired positioning aligned to the talent strategy HR: Compensation & Benefits: Manpower planning and budgeting : 1. Collate the new manpower numbers for the financial year from the HRBPs basis the requirements gathered from the business 2. Gather the actual manpower cost till Q3 from the finance team and project for budget for the current financial year as per the guidelines 3. Input the new manpower requirements in the system to determine the manpower budget for the financial year for presentation to the senior stakeholders for approval 4. Prepare dashboards for monitoring employee cost with key stakeholders HR : Compensation & Benefits : Increments & Variable pay: 1. Prepare/develop the system in liaison with the HRIT team to ensure that system is ready for all the year compensation related activities 2. Gather the finalised ratings from the talent management team and increments and variable pay for each employee 3. Gather the data on salary re -fitment cases from the HR operations team 4. Review the compensation positioning of the employees with regard to internal pay parity and undertake corrections based on the compensation positioning vis a vis the envisaged pay positioning 5. Generate the letters for the increments, promotions, variable pay and dispatched them to each employee in a timely manner HR: Compensation & Benefits: New Joiner Compensation Fitment : 1. Design and maintain the compensation ranges of all role baskets and review the ranges periodically in line with the market positioning & internal parity 2. Provide guidance/approval to the HRBPs for compensation fitment to ensure that the compensation offered is within the prescribed range HR: MIS & Incentives : 1. Analysis of the monthly incentives and present it to the BPHR 2. Support in the preparation of the monthly MIS report of the compensation data to present to the senior stakeholders
