1. Scope of the role   - Overall responsibility for managing TCL's customer database campaigns delivered through email, sms, social and app delivery platforms  - Delivering measurable impact through flawless execution of campaigns   - Will lead a team of 1-2 executives (internal & agency).  2. Job Profile   - Developing comprehensive campaign plans for achievement of monthly campaign targets (incr. sale, lift)   - Closely engage with stakeholders to initiate, develop and manage marketing and retail campaigns to meet business outcomes  - Establish monthly cadence with key stakeholders for planning, monitoring and reviewing of campaign execution   - Innovate - pitch innovative campaign ideas, explore new campaign strategies and directions, test new channels   - Create and manage a campaign calendar schedule of incoming campaign requests, including preparation of campaign briefs and subsequent discussion with internal and external stakeholders   - Perform pre-campaign & post campaign analytics to improve efficacy of ongoing and future programs  - Daily monitoring and optimization of campaigns.   - Weekly and monthly reporting of campaign performance with feedback.   - Initiate and assist with the implementation of campaign optimisation tools and technologies.   - Develop, maintain campaign related assets - target customer segment profiles, propensity models, etc   3. Key Deliverables   - Achieving campaign analytics metrics (incremental sale, lift, ROI)   - Flawless execution of campaigns   - Build strong relationships with key stakeholders to improve campaign deliverables  - Drive continuous improvement by incorporating learning from ongoing campaigns, new developments, new technologies in this area.  4. The right person   - 5-7 years of campaign management experience  - Expertise in all aspects of database driven campaign management  - Familiarity with campaign planning and execution tools ( IBM Mktg. Cloud, etc) and analysis tools (IBM SPSS, SAS, etc)  - Graduate / post graduate level qualification  - Ability to work in a fast paced, high pressure environment  - Ability to react quickly to changing priorities and manage multiple projects to completion  - High levels of attention to detail and well developed troubleshooting and problem resolving skills essential.   - Good planning and organisational skills, intuitive ability to prioritise based on available information and work with deadlines  - Excellent inter-personal and communication skills essential.   - Must be able to work effectively independently, as well as in a team structure
