1. Scope of the role - Interface with the users and Core team to ensure a smooth transition to HRIS. - Long-term anchor for SAP HR - Long-term anchor for modules on Success Factors / Employee Central platform. - Support for HR users on all modules, post implementation. - Track and improve upon online HR process compliances. 2. Job Profile SAP-HR: - Handle process configurations on the SAP platform to keep the online processes updated with all process changes/new requirements/customizations. - Keep one updated on technical upgrades/development on the SAP HR solution platform. - Co-ordinate with IT team to ensure technical requirements are met. - Interface with users & Core team to bridge gaps arising out of transition from legacy to automated processes. - Support users in all locations with regard to queries / trouble shooting on the HRIS processes. - Co-ordinate and ensure user support training. - Co-ordinate / guide the Central HRIS team / TCS Service Delivery team to ensure uniform adherence to HR processes across locations. The candidate must have: - Graduate/ Post graduate degree - Worked on Success Factors/ Employee Central platforms - certification on SF modules will be an added advantage. - Worked on SAP platform - Org Management, Personal Administration, Time Management, e-recruitment, PMS etc. preferred. - Exposure to HR processes - minimum 3 to 5 years with experience in key HR processes. - Strong Process Adherence. - Good analytical skills. - A keen interest in Information systems management.
