Scope of the role a) Responsible for design, execution of email / SMS / Push campaigns b) Leverage Marketing Automation tool's capabilities, implement best practices and work with stakeholders to ensure successful campaign outcome 2. Job Profile - Design, scheduling and execution of digital campaigns and tracking automated trigger campaigns - Incorporate best initiatives as per tool features such as personalisation, A/B Testing, IP/Domain mapping, channel optimization - Tracking sender reputation and take necessary actions to maintain it - HTMLization of images as per brand specification and template to improve outcomes 3. Key Deliverables - Seamless campaign execution leveraging marketing tool's features and modules. - Channel optimization identifying customer behavior trends and monitoring of campaign delivery metrics to incorporate necessary changes as and when required - Converting images to HTML creatives as per brand specifications for A/B Testing - Drive continuous improvement by incorporating learning from ongoing campaigns - new developments, channels and new technologies. - Manage the IP & Domain reputation for email deployments for inbox placement 4. Right Person - Post Graduate/ Graduate with 1-2 experience as Digital campaign deployment specialist - Knowledge on campaign audience selections, best practices, delivery and response aspects - Experience in using marketing automation tools such as Adobe Campaign, SFMC, Oracle Responsys, etc - Familiarity with SQL, MS Excel - Ability to multi-task and work efficiently within a fast-paced environment while maintaining strong detail oriented and adhering to tight time schedules particularly during peak season (monitor weekend deployments) - HTML and content management experience, knowledge on UTM tracking module
