Business Development : Property Identification
1. Undertake field work for identification of opportunities and properties in liaison with the ABMs.
2. Engage with consultants, brokers, etc. if required to identify properties that match the business requirements.
3. Evaluate the options identified on the business requirements such as parking, visibility, etc
4. Propose options to the senior stakeholders/franchisee prospect detailing all the facts, intelligence of all the nearby stores, etc. for approvals.
Business Development : Franchisee On boarding
1. Identifying the interested prospective franchisees (TCL or Non TCL) for business plan locations
2. Explaining business model and taking consent on same from ABM
- Renegotiations and renewals of contracts
- Adherence to timelines and guidelines
3. Finalising them from process of approvals through relevant stake holders - RBM and RBH
