Scope of the role Responsible for the Retail Sales, Customer Relationship Management, Store Operations, Customer Experience and People Management 2. Job Profile - Achievement of store sales targets as per plan for retail metrics like UCP value sales, bespoke revenue, conversion &amp; repeat customer, average ticket size - Conduct home visits, new collection introduction, and reduce dormancy by direct connects, customer profile enrichment after meeting the customer - Curate experiences in coordination with Privee for birthday/ anniversary celebrations of key customers outside or within boutique - Tap into repeat customer network by planning and executing events in-store or external with support of repeat customers - Maintain efficient store operations through morning meetings, store upkeep and VM, grooming score, commercial compliance, SOP compliance, stock rotation - Ensure exceptional customer experience through CRM updation for product related NPs, CRM fill rates, ZPP enrollment, NPS surveys - Lead store team by motivating, coaching and training staff, conducting quarterly review and feedback 3. Key Deliverables - Retail Metrics - Repeat Customer and Customer Relationship Management - Store Operations &amp; Customer Experience - People Development 4.
