Support in the management of the CPO's office by supporting the development of the HR strategy and driving the implementation through the HR team. The role is expected to partner with the HR team members and act as a change agent to drive the HR initiatives. Act as a liaison between the HR and Administration team employees and support the HR processes. Support in the Identification of themes for the HR Team based on the emerging HR trends and business requirements 2. Formulate CFTs separately on emerging trends that cut across multiple domains in HR 3. Schedule the HR annual strategy meeting and programme manage the conduct of the event 4. Provide the requisite support in the presentation of the HR plan & budget to the CXOs, MD, and the board for approval and finalise the same incorporating the recommendations 5. Assist in the cascade of the CPO goals and allocation of budget to the individual HR function heads and create alignment to CPO goals HR : Recruitment & Selection : 1. Conduct the selection process of the candidates (HR and Admin Team) for the advertised position and provide recommendations based on the interview 2. Ensure that panel interviews are scheduled in liaison with the appropriate stakeholders and selection of candidates aligned to the requirements 3. Participate in the salary negotiation with selected candidates in coordination with the recruitment team basis the inputs from the C&B team 4. Review the documents shared by the employees to ensure that it's as per the defined guidelines and ensure that the offer is extended to the candidate 5. Undertake new employee induction to acquaint the employee with the role & firm policies 6. Handhold the new recruits in the HR and Admin Team for a period of 45-60 days to ensure a smooth transition into their roles HR: Internal Consulting : 1. Liaison in organisation design/structuring exercise aligned to the HR Team and business requirements 2. Evaluate the manpower numbers/organisation periodically and recommend modifications to ensure structural alignment 3. Drive the OD initiatives within the HR & Admin Teams and ensure sustenance of the same through effective management of change HR: Capability Development : 1. Analyse the IDPs of the HR & Admin teams from the performance management to determine the training needs 2. Discuss with the managers and the employees to refine the IDPs and provide inputs to the L&D team on the IDPs and new capabilities that need to be developed 3. Co-develop the learning interventions based on the IDPs to bridge the gap in the capabilities 4. Ensure that the training needs are fulfilled in liaison with the L&D team ensuring attendance of the team members HR: Executive Assistant : 1. Prepare monthly HR MIS report collating the status on the various HR initiatives in liaison with the HRLT team 2. Support in the management of the programme management of any organisation level interventions from the CPO office as per the guidelines 3. Support the CPO office in to assist in the driving of the HR strategy through coordination with various stakeholders
