Titan - Assistant Manager - Visual Designer - Jewellery Division

Scope of the role :

- Designs/Directs In-store Brand communications in coordination with Visual Experience team delivering consistently at various mediums meeting specifications for all the Brands under Jewellery division.

Job Profile Major Responsibilities include :

- Team with Display stylists/ Store designers on all the Visual design related Pre-press/ Pre-production artwork and other tasks pertaining to Visual experience. This includes Store Branding, Branding, Product packaging, Directional Signage, Mandatory Signage and other ROM related material etc.

- Designs/Directs layouts for all Graphic related VM activities at retail, executed at National Scale

- Support members of the team in projects pertaining to Art and Crafts installation projects at retail.

- Drives Specific Brand communication design for LCD TV mediums and other Digital devices in the store.

- Design/Assist/co-ordinate product photography assignments.

- Develop local vendors for quick and quality execution besides cost control and smarter logistics.

Additional Responsibilities :

- Support BTL team during key brand campaigns and festivals partnering with Retail and Display stylist.

- Continuously Improving Brand Communication in Store environments through structured learning / Feedback systems.

- Continuously researching newer methods and systems to improve retail operations and brand communication systems.

- The position warrants extensive travelling to stores and places of architectural, art and craft interest.

- Implementation of Lean in Brand operations and communication.

The right person :

- A working experience of minimum 5+ yrs in the pertinent field.

- Must possess a strong visual design aesthetic along with conceptual ability.

- Keen interest in fashion, graphic, typography, Art and crafts & technology would be ideal.

- Graduate from reputed design schools with exposure to Visual Design and Communication Design.

- Good Knowledge of Indian architecture, arts and crafts would be preferred.

- Candidates with good knowledge of paper & printing would be preferred.

- Attention to detail is a must.

- Knowledge of film & photography

- Strong Working knowledge in Design Application software's like CorelDraw, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Indesign & other 3d applications.

- Good spoken and written English is a must.

- Knowledge of Sketchup, After effects would be added an advantage.
