Scope of the role:
- Accountable for driving effective retail operations
Job Profile :
- Be accountable for all aspects of consumer satisfaction at the stores.
- Design and implement processes to remove pain-points of consumers; and to measure consumer satisfaction sfaction, accurately.
- Anchoring the entire complaint management process.
- Ensure effective hiring, training, development and retention of sales staff.
- Creating an eco-system that is responsive to the needs of stores.
- Simplifying complexity in the lives of store-employees, and keeping them engaged looking at all aspects including rewards and recognition.
- Understand Training needs and device training calendar
Key Deliverables:
- Customer satisfaction and dissatisfaction scores.
- Process Audit scores
- Employee Engagement scores
The right person:
- Post graduate in Management / MBA with 1-4 years of experience in FMCG / Consumer Durable / Retail industry
- Hunger to prove oneself, tenacious, basic analytical skills.
- Willing to stop at nothing to accomplish a task.
- A mix of retail and sales experience would be preferred.
