TEAL is a wholly owned subsidiary of Titan Company Ltd (TCL).  Role  The role holder will be the HR business partner anchoring end to end HR responsibilities for the TEAL Manufacturing Unit II, Hosur which employs 500 plus people. The role reports into Sr. Manager - HR, TEAL.  Key Responsibility Areas  - End to end employee lifecycle management from manpower planning & budgeting, recruitment & onboarding, to separation.   - Enhance employee experience through effective delivery of HR services  - Ensure shop floor discipline and manage grievances within defined process timelines  - Drive people development and capability building for employees  - Support roll-out of company-wide HR initiatives for employees such performance and talent management, learning and development and employee engagement initiatives  - Ensuring error-free personnel administration (employee lifecycle management including exit interviews and final settlements)  - Drive employee welfare and engagement activities  - Collating and reporting key people metrics for the business unit  - Ensure compliance to statutory norms  - Co-ordinating employee forum / committee and driving its initiatives along with Union representatives.  Key Competencies  - Knowledge of HR functional areas and contemporary people practices  - Ability to coordinate people and resources  - High levels of energy and drive with result orientation  - Ability to establish trust, capacity to effectively initiate relationships and build rapport with workforce  - Skill in written and oral communication, including persuasive negotiation skills  Education and Experience   - Masters degree in business with specialization in Human Resources, MSW or equivalent degree  - 4 to 8 years- experience in HR; preferably in a manufacturing environment  - Knowledge of Tamil will be an added advantage
