Should be: - The person should be a known Legal Personality in the fraternity &amp; can manage Legal &amp; Secretarial Compliances of large organization with multiple units spread all across the country with a large workforce. - Able to interact confidently with top legal minds in the country and at the bureaucracy. - Hands on experience of liaison with Government Departments Roles and Responsibilities: - Experience of working with best law firms/advocates for handling various legal cases; primarily following; - Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) : To ensure that the IPRs, i.e. Trademarks and Copyrights of the Company are duly protected and applications filed within reasonable time and ensure that renewal application are filed with Trademark Registry well ahead of time - Draft Agreements for third party services/vendors/business associates: To vet / draft corporate / resort / outsourced vendors / suppliers / project agreements from time to time - All other litigation like Land litigation, recovery cases, property cases, labour cases, IPR cases, cheque bounce cases - to handle all litigation matters pertaining to the areas mentioned and also follow up with lawyers and brief Counsels and also do independent research / prepare a strategy for each cases - Lease / License / Inventory Agreements - To prepare LOI / MOU / Term sheet for lease / license / inventory arrangements and also draft the Lease / License / Inventory Agreements including Addendum to the Agreements and ensure registration of all the property agreements - NCLT cases - Land status &amp; and disputes - Negotiable Instruments Act Cases.
