Education: CA+CS, Minimum Experience of 15 years in Finance and Account Finalization in Listed Company. Requirements: A. Accounting: (Involvement in Work 60%) 1. Having good exposure to handled Statutory Audit with Big 4 Auditors-KPMG, ENY, PWC, Deloitte, or any. 2. finalization/closure of accounting records, financial statements, direct/Indirect taxes compliances Budget/MIS and other financial reports as per applicable legal framework. 3. Oversee the quarterly and annual closure of financial statement in co-ordination with Statutory Auditors. 4. Supporting Direct and Indirect Taxation team of the Company such as GST Audit, Tax Audit, Transfer Pricing, Direct Tax Assessments and others. 5. Successfully implement and reviewed Internal control. 6. Proven excellence in Process of finalizing of Risk Control Matrix (RCMs) for various business cycles, identification of risk & related controls, mitigating controls, financial book closure process, entity level controls. 7. Possess strong audit quality exposure in statutory audit, internal audit, tax audit and, with overall responsibility of audit engagements B. Finance: (Involvement in Work 30%) 1. Successfully lead corporate finance transaction such as Debt Syndication, Equity raising, Private equity, IPO, Group Restructuring. 2. Vetting of Re-stated Consolidated Financials, C.M.A, C.F Statements, Ratio Analysis & Identifying Gaps as per Standards & resolving them. 3. Aware regulations & standards by SEBI, ICAI, Co's Act & Other regulatory authorities. 4. Leading business plan/financial model/ CMA data /information memorandum. 5. Execution of financing documents for debt and/or equity tie-up. 6. Coordination with consultants/advisors/potential lenders & investors. 7. Coordination for meeting conditions precedent to drawdown of debt as stipulated in the loan documents. 8. Ensuring compliance with covenants stipulated in the financing document. 9. Hands on experience in raising debt from Public or Private Sector banks/FII/FI or through Private Placement and Public Issue of NCDs. 10. Strong relations with Banks and other FIs. C. Legal/ Contracts: (Involvement in Work 10%) 1. Having good understanding of legal documentation of various financial transaction. 2. Able to vet documents legally and financially as per loan / Financial covenant. 3. Able to participate and lead due diligence discussion with legal consultant and investment bankers with help of various Head of Departments.
