Job Role :

- Effectively search prospective clients and generate sales leads

- Develop and maintain relationships which benefit clients.

- Manage critical client accounts which have higher degree of complexity in terms of client servicing so responsibilities also include pitching, negotiation, contract & query handling.

- Overcome client resistance/objections to products and educate them about the current operational processes.

- Manage the workflow and processes and keep the Zonal head informed about the progress in an area.

- Effectively communicate functional details and client requirements to operations teams.

- Regularly update about any change in the operational processes and also ensure to get update about any process change from their end.

- Maintain accurate records of all contacts with clients.

- Follow-up with the Business Development Executives and guide them and help them improve their sales

Skills & Abilities :

- Proven negotiation skills, strong communication & presentation skills

- Team Management: Experience of handling a team.

- Intelligent, enthusiastic and self-motivated individuals with positive attitude.

- Ability to work effectively with others across multiple functions (internally and externally)

- Proficient in Microsoft Office

- Prior experience of marketing campaign handling will be preferred

- Prior experience of Portfolio management
