- Strong technical skills. Understands feasibility and prioritizes scope accordingly to ship products frequently.

- Strong design focus. Understands the definition of a good product.

- Detail oriented. Understands the big picture well and translates it to very detailed requirements for execution.

- Result oriented. Gets things done in the face of challenging shipping dates.

- Ability to prioritize features and decide incremental scope of product according to user and market needs.

- Technical Degree a must. MBA is a plus

- 1-2 years of Consulting / Product management experience is preferred.
