Sales Lead - Online Distance Learning
Roles and responsibilities:
- Responsible for driving Sales and Margin
- Develop and execute launch strategy for online distance vertical
- Oversees the sales and operations of the sales department by providing training, guidance, and advice to the team.
- Guide marketing staff in promoting the organization's product, product, or service by developing marketing and pricing strategies, finding and producing business department sales, analyzing market trends, and managing marketing budgets
- Retain and increase enrollment to the Loyalty Program
- Devising offerings to the Loyalty customer for their sustained excitement
- Lead and Database management of the Online and Loyalty Customers
Desired Profile: - Prior & Proven experience in a similar activity in a leadership position in a fastest-growing organization.
- Will be responsible for strategy formulation (with immediate, medium and long-term implications) and step-by-step implementation.
- Should have a knack for competitor analysis & be quick to modify his/her strategies depending upon internal & external factors.
- Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategy and best practices. Experience of Offline Marketing added advantage
