Job Description :
- Good understanding and knowledge of B2G business and process.
- Create and maintain professional with govt officials which can help us to grow our disaster management, Skilling and other B2G business
- Develop and implement business development strategies aligned with the overall goals and objectives of the company.
- Identify new business opportunities and areas for growth.
- Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
- Use market insights to identify potential clients, partners, and market segments.
- Generate leads through various channels such as cold calling, networking, and leveraging existing relationships.
- Work closely with the sales team to convert leads into opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders.
- Understand client needs and collaborate with internal teams to deliver solutions.
- Prepare and present business proposals to potential clients.
- Work with the marketing and product teams to customize proposals based on client requirements.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop sales strategies and support their efforts in closing deals.
- Provide input into pricing strategies and negotiations.
- Lead and mentor a team of business development professionals.
- Foster a collaborative and results-driven team culture.
- Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to business development activities.
- Provide regular reports to senior management on business development progress and outcomes.
- Develop and manage budgets related to business development activities.
- Ensure cost-effective use of resources to maximize returns.
- Attend industry events, conferences, and networking functions to build professional relationships and stay updated on industry trends.
- Negotiate terms and conditions of contracts, partnerships, and agreements.
- Ensure that contracts align with the company's strategic objectives and legal requirements.
- Stay abreast of industry best practices and emerging trends in business development.
- Seek professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.
Requirements Relevant Experience :
- Minimum 4 Years
- Excellent Communication and Presentation skills
- Ok to travel 10-15 days in a month.
