Times Centre for Learning Limited Job Description   Job Title : Manager - Bid & Tender   Location : Mumbai   Primary Objective :   - The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling delivery and operations of all skilling projects for the required location. He/She will play a critical role in representing the organization in all dealings with the Government and ensuring 100% compliance and meeting of the deadlines.   - He/She has to exhibit highest level of integrity at all times as this is a crucial function and all data points need to be kept strictly confidential.  Roles and Responsibilities :   - Experience with Government tender bidding.  - Research and monitor industry activity and ensure acquisition of bid opportunities   - Manage flow of pre-qualification proposals and drive bid-no-bid process   - Facilitate bid strategy meetings and allocate deliverables to virtual bid team members   - Formulate and manage bid programme   - Ensure compliance of bid activities with corporate strategy   - Manage and monitor client clarification issue and request, pre and post submission   - Maintain close liaison with estimating and commercial departments   - Write bespoke elements of quality driven bids   - Review bids to ensure compliance with NSDC/SSC/DDUGKY/ and other government schemes deliverables, pricing and formulated win themes and added value   - Liaise with internal and external technical matter experts and design teams   - Ability to Speck Tender.   - Write bespoke marketing collateral   - Track and manage submitted tender opportunities and initiate follow up process   - Maintain position of client point of contact on quality driven bids   - Facilitate post bid client feedback and lessons learnt process   - Drive and champion continuous improvement throughout the bid lifecycle   - Manage and maintain bid library of current and bespoke company information and literature including curriculum vitae, project case studies and method statements.   - Experience of working with at least 10 government bodies in different schemes with central and state projects.   - Proven Ability in documentation, detailed analysis, Risk Management controlling cost and implementation.   - Should be willing to travel across India, whenever required.  - Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.  Skills :   - Master with Microsoft Power Point, Excel, Word,   - Knowledge of Telugu language will be an added advantage.   - Good in communication skills  - Ability to work in a team exhibiting team management skills  Experience :  - Ideal candidate would be person having around 6-7 years of experience in a managerial capability, handling only skilling projects, National skill development projects on a Pan India level.  - The above role description is an indicative expectation of the performance, any additional tasks / accountability may be combined or modified to ensure achievement of role objectives.
