- Develop corporate, brand messaging both online and offline, specifically for EdTech consumers, investors, and corporates
- Serve as primary media contact directing all publicity, consumer awareness and image building campaigns in social media and traditional media
- Liaison and collaborate with internal stakeholders and PR agency
- Identify PR opportunities for the company or create stories to ensure the company and its leadership is in the news and capture thought leadership vantage points
- Develop crisis management to address any possible fallout affecting the brand image
- Ability to create and curate stories around industry trends
- Identify potential award-winning platforms under EdTech and HR driven initiatives
