- Person would be responsible for building business, getting leads and serving them in best possible way, his leads will be served by outsourcing the services.


- While he adds clients in the company fold as an empanelled organisation, he will get all support in documentation required to do so.


- He will have to nurture a client and extract as much he can to achieve his target. His role though will be confined to get IT training leads which will be major part of the business, but he can manage all training/development or manpower needs of the client as to be a Key Account Manager.


- Proven track record in enterprise sales, preferably in the IT training or technology industry. In-depth understanding of the IT training landscape, including various technologies, certifications, and training methodologies.


- Strong communication and presentation skills to articulate the value proposition of training programs effectively.


- Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities to drive sales and close deals


- Ability to build and maintain relationships with corporate clients at different organizational levels.


- Result-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service.


- Self-motivated and proactive in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
