- As a Corporate Salesperson for IT Training Sales, primary responsibility is to generate revenue by selling IT training programs and services to corporate clients. executive be responsible for developing and maintaining client relationships, identifying sales opportunities, and achieving sales targets.


- The role involves understanding client needs, presenting training solutions, negotiating contracts, and ensuring customer satisfaction.


Key Responsibilities:


1. Identify and Pursue Sales Opportunities: Actively prospect for potential corporate clients interested in IT training programs. Utilize various sources such as networking, cold calling, referrals, and online platforms to generate leads and convert them into sales opportunities.


2. Understand Client Needs: Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand the training requirements and business objectives of corporate clients. Collaborate with the training team to customize training solutions that align with client needs.


3. Present and Demonstrate Training Solutions: Conduct effective sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the benefits and features of the IT training programs. Highlight how the training can enhance employee skills, productivity, and contribute to organizational growth.


4. Negotiate Contracts and Pricing: Collaborate with clients to negotiate and finalize contracts, pricing structures, and terms of service. Ensure agreements are mutually beneficial and meet the needs of both the client and the organization.


5. Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within corporate accounts. Regularly engage with clients to understand their evolving training needs, address concerns, and provide ongoing support.


6. Sales Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, client interactions, and sales forecasts in the CRM system. Effectively manage the sales pipeline, prioritize opportunities, and track progress towards sales targets.


7. Market Intelligence: Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies related to IT training. Use this knowledge to position the organization's training programs effectively and provide insights to clients about the value of the training.


8. Collaboration and Reporting:


- Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing, training, and customer support to ensure a seamless customer experience.


- Provide regular reports and feedback to management regarding sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback.


- Proven track record in corporate sales, preferably in the IT training or technology industry.

- In-depth understanding of the IT training landscape, including various technologies, certifications, and training methodologies.


Strong communication and presentation skills to articulate the value proposition of training programs effectively.


Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities to drive sales and close deals.
