Primary Objective:
The candidate will be responsible for managing critical accounts. He/she will be solely responsible for the entire coordination with the customers and get more business from other verticals of the same business and new business as well. He/she would be responsible for retaining existing business. He/she would be handling the entire revenue management for the business and ensure external stakeholder satisfaction. The person in this role will play a significant role in long-term planning and execution.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Revenue Management & Customer Relations
- Set up a strategic plan for getting new business from existing customers.
- Retaining existing business
- Meeting the customers on a weekly basis and as and when required for understanding the pulse and proactively understanding the issues and bridging the gap by providing a win-win solution at all times.
- Enforce Standard Operating Processes and coordination with the internal teams for the same.
Quality Control :
- Work closely with the quality team to ensure that the new business and existing business are in line with our quality standards of implementation
- Interact with them on a daily basis to understand the gaps and ensure to close the gaps within a stipulated time frame
Experience & Qualification:
- Graduate / PG in any stream- 4-5 years- experience in corporate sales skills & Knowledge
- Excellent in communication skills with a pleasing personality
- Strong networking skills
- Good understanding and know-how of the corporate education market and its trends
