Times OOH - Senior Manager - Key Account Management

Key Responsibility Area's.

1. Monitoring the day to day commercial performance of each account within a portfolio.

2. Regularly liaising with existing clients to identify new business opportunities.

3. Identifying new innovative solutions to offer clients to extend our existing services.

4. Ensuring all clients understand the offerings of Times OOH.

5. Provide detailed information and reports to the clients as and when required.

6. Carry out analysis and produce reports on as and when required basis.

7. Daily liaison with other members of the team to provide information and ensure that customers receive excellent service.

8. Managing a range of customer projects at any one time.

9. Advising on changes and trends in the marketplace and the activities of competitors.

10. Working with good understanding with support functions like Marketing, Finance and Operations.
