PRINCIPLE ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Brand Development & Management of Coimbatore, Trichy and Madurai Airports
- Innovation and Activation
- Contribution in Product design and configuration: Media planning, Medium & Media specific sales strategy.
- Develop pricing plan and promotion strategies.
- Prepare annual Marketing & Category Development plan.
- To deliver all marketing activity within the agreed budget
- Development of all Product collaterals.
- Support in developing categories of Advertisers/Clients.
- Creation of Customer engagement platforms to enhance relationships with clients.
- Support in developing categories of Advertisers/clients - Category tracking, category snapshots and customer tracking
- Engage with media planners for promoting property features
- Regular senior level engagement with property owners
- Alignment of Marketing Activities (tactical & Strategic) to support business.
- Support in Marketing Activation Plan.
- Contribute to the overall Marketing strategy for the two parent brands.
- Support in creating frequent, timely and positive media coverage across all available media
- Develop thematic campaigns
Consumer Research:
- Conceptualize, Evaluate, Roll out various consumer and media research initiatives developed in order to increase the impact of Sales activities.
- Leverage Category data, Market insights, Co- Pack knowledge.
- Analyzing passenger insights to make events which will improve brand salience and generate new business.
Sales Support:
- Delivering client specific ppts and renders within committed timelines.
- Support the sales team by traveling along and pitching Airport Media Assets as an advertising medium with agency/clients for innovative ideas.
- Creating new events/themes that can be sold as a concept to the client.
- Build success stories/case studies of the past to help in pitching to clients in a specific industry.
MAIN CHALLENGES:
1. Coordination between multiple stakeholders in order to meet deadlines.
2. Aligning sales team to marketing activities to increase impact.
3. Customer focused campaigns to increase salience.

Product Manager will report to the Head Strategy, Marketing & Business Development
RECRUITMENT PROFILE(EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, SKILLS):
- Preferably Male candidate (age under 32). Female incumbents should be willing to travel.
