Managing Key Brand Capital Accounts, maintaining a long-term relationship with them and maximizing sales opportunities within them.
- Responsible for new business pitches and for effective on-boarding of all key accounts
- Growing depth within existing clients and developing new ones into LT spenders.
- Formulate business plans and strategies for the key accounts for 1-3 year period
- Act as key interface between the client and all relevant divisions
- Proactively assesses, clarifies, and validates customer needs on an ongoing basis.
- Leads solution development efforts that best address customer needs.
