This role holder leads the IT application initiatives for the timely & quality delivery to our Business in coordination with other Business Functions and thereby generates value through Technological innovation and process improvement.  Key Focus Areas:  1) Design & Implementation of IT systems & policies  2) As Solution Architect - Provide application and infrastructure IT solutions for solving/ supporting business needs and issues.  3) Ensure IT infrastructure, IT Resource Management- Hardware, Software License, etc, Security Management  4) Responsible for smooth functioning of IT applications at all locations  5) Co-ordination with group Infrastructure team for guaranteed uptime on links  6) Any development required - to be analyzed and communicated to relevant stakeholders  7) Ensure report availabilities to users to support Business operations.
