Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Brand and Marketing Professional to join our team. As a Brand and Marketing Professional, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective brand strategies and marketing initiatives. Your role will involve driving brand awareness, increasing audience engagement, and achieving marketing objectives through creative campaigns, strategic partnerships, and innovative marketing strategies.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies to enhance brand awareness, perception, and recognition.

- Define brand positioning, target audience, and messaging, ensuring consistency across all marketing and communication channels.

- Create and oversee the implementation of integrated marketing campaigns that align with brand objectives and drive engagement, including digital marketing, content marketing, social media marketing, and email marketing.

- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify market trends, consumer preferences, and opportunities for differentiation.

- Collaborate with internal teams to create compelling marketing content, including website copy, blog articles, social media posts, and promotional materials.

- Manage and maintain the brand identity, ensuring consistent application across all touchpoints, including visuals, tone of voice, and brand guidelines.

- Identify and forge strategic partnerships with relevant industry organisations, influencers, and stakeholders to expand brand reach and credibility.

- Monitor and analyse marketing performance, utilising data-driven insights to optimise campaigns, measure ROI, and make informed decisions.

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging digital marketing strategies, and best practices to drive continuous improvement and innovation.

- Manage marketing budgets, allocate resources effectively, and ensure cost-efficiency in marketing initiatives.

- Assist with online reputation management.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, content, and development, to ensure brand consistency and seamless execution of marketing initiatives.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements:

- Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or any related field.

- Minimum 8 years of experience in brand management and marketing roles, preferably in the digital space and within the education sector.

- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful brand strategies and marketing campaigns.

- In-depth knowledge of digital marketing tactics, including content marketing, social media marketing, email marketing, and SEO.

- Strong understanding of market research, consumer insights, and competitor analysis.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling marketing content.

- Creative and strategic thinking, with the ability to translate ideas into innovative marketing initiatives.

- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and initiatives simultaneously.

- Familiarity with marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and digital marketing platforms.

- Experience in ORM is a must

- Knowledge of the education industry and experience in marketing for higher education institutions is a plus.
