We are looking for a product manager who has experience building complex, yet highly intuitive and usable backend platforms for internal or business users. Candidate Profile: -The KRAs for this role would be improvement in leads/revenues, reduction in costs and risks, and improvement in process metrics like SLAs, Error Rates etc. - The evaluation would be basis the ability to come up with game-changing product improvements, seamless experience/adoption of platforms by SDUs, solving system pain-points - The candidate should have a strong willingness and ability to listen, understand and incorporate expectations and feedback across multiple stakeholders and, and then build best-in-class products to meet and beat everyone's expectations. - Interest and Passion for building platforms for specialised domain users (SDUs), rather than B2C - Strong in UI/UX, Workflows, Analytics across Cohorts, Funnels, RFM, CAC/LTV etc. - Understanding of the SCRUM/AGILE principles is preferred. Candidate will be expected to work with multiple tech-teams on SCRUM principles, having to manage stories/epics/sprints - The deliverables would include UI mocks, workflows/process charts and documents that help tech and business users get a very clear understanding of what is being built and what problems it will solve - Building and Owning the Strategic Product Roadmaps, assimilating leadership and strategic objectives Background (essential and desired): - Background in building or understanding of systems for Sales, Pricing, Media and Advertising - Product or Operations management role in a large company with full product ownership of large enterprise modules, preferably built in-house or heavily customised. - At least 3-4 major projects/programs delivered, solving for complex business use cases, from requirements to deployment (Incremental and Small product improvements Super strong academic and professional recommendations - Design Toolkits like Balasamiq or similar, Analytics Toolkits like Google Analytics, Tableau or similar, Process and System Design toolkits like Visio, BPMN or similar - Understanding of development in LAMP/LAMBDA/Open-Source React/Node based architectures - Handson Project Experience with Salesforce, Hubspot etc is preferred Education (essential and desired)- - BE/B.Tech/B.Sc from Tier-I/II with strong academic performance; top 10 percent in class - Top 10 percentile in one of the major national engineering/science/maths entrance tests - Relevant Certifications in Analytics, Product, Process Excellence are preferred - Demonstrated par-excellence track record in end-to-end enterprise product development
