Position Summary:  Role:   - Work closely with multiple groups across the product and business organization to understand their needs and define a marketing automation product strategy that unlocks capabilities across the organization  - Work with developers, designers, and QA to deliver a best-in-class marketing automation platform  - Define and manage integrations with 3rd party vendors  Expectations:   - You have worked on high-availability products where large volumes of events were passed through a rules engine to trigger an action  - You have strong interpersonal skills and are happy working in a team environment  Essential Requirements (Knowledge, Skills, Abilities)  - You care about agile software processes, data-driven development, and responsible experimentation  - You have a proven ability to influence decision-making at all levels within an organisation, and in a variety of contexts  Background (essential and desired)   - You have 5+ experience working with and building marketing automation systems  Education (essential and desired)   MBA - preferably from Premier / Tier 1 Institutes
