You will be drilling down the product strategy into a roadmap - into a sprint - into a task - into the last detail 2. You will be responsible for ruthless prioritization with clear objectives 3. You will be managing surgical execution by maintaining liaison between business, design, development and QA teams 4. You will measure outcomes to understand what's working and what's failing 5. You will work closely with the leadership team to drive business goals while keeping users' interest first 6. You need to listen to the voice of customer 7. You need to Keep an eye on the market and competitors to be up-to-date with industry advancements 8. You will be learning from peers and strengthening the product chops 9. You will have a lot of fun while building a brag-worthy product Must have skill set : 1. Own &amp; Drive the user experience on Android, iOS, and WEB for these verticals. 2. You would keep track of progress with multiple internal and external stakeholders, stakeholder management is therefore a key skill. 3. You should have a natural ability to multitask. 4. You are a natural decision maker to address the obstacles in product development process. 5. You think through the problem, its end-to-end solution and its impact. 6. You are obsessed over delivering a delightful product UX. 7. You possess advanced knowledge of web/app analytics and communication tools. 8. You are a strong authority over performance metrics such as engagement, retention, conversion funnels, etc. 9. 3-5 years of experience in digital product management 10. Min. 1 year of experience in programming or any hands-on technical work 11. B.E./B.Tech (Computer/IT) + MBA Preferable skill set : 1. Experience in Fintech is preferable
