Job Role :  The Revenue strategy and Operations Manager will partner with cross-functional teams at TIL (including sales, production, operations, finance and business intelligence), with the primary objective of enabling leadership to make effective, analytically driven, and strategic operating decisions. The role will entail leading business planning and insights, operational reviews and strategic projects to drive scalable revenue growth and operational effectiveness in the organization.   Responsibilities  Business planning and insights   - Annual Goal Setting - Revenue forecasting, account planning and tracking for the revenue function  - Ensure we have strong plans at a region, vertical/team and account level  - Support senior management in strategic, operational and financial planning and ensure decisions in line with the direct sales organization's approach  - Create and maintain key data sets and reporting to track and manage the performances of the sales teams. Provide business analytic strength to help drive initiatives critical to ongoing growth  Stakeholder Management and Reporting  - Design and implementation of - MIS Reporting   - Collaborating with Finance and Legal to ensure compliance of all stakeholder reporting requirement.   New Solutions Design  - Designing Solutions for Revenue potential assessment, Pricing, delivery commitment and tracking  - Tracking and evaluation of project performance  Advertiser and Yield Improvement   - Leading internal strategy projects for improving performance, yield, inventory utilization, creating efficiencies in organization  - Work with cross-functional groups to evaluate advertising product performance, improve efficiency through automation, and lead product adoption and revenue opportunity analysis to identify short and long term growth opportunities  Strategic projects and initiatives   - Develop strong collaborative relationships with key stakeholders across the sales teams, product teams, Fin  - Lead/facilitate cross functional teams to get work done, driving recommendations through to implementation  - Drive operational excellence in the organization through identification and execution of opportunity areas that create efficiency, remove obstacles, or create improved processes and approaches to the business  - Facilitate /Incubate various emerging businesses until they reach critical scale.
