Driving the culture of meritocracy at TIL by designing, developing, implementing, administering and communicating a fair and transparent performance management framework and process. Primary responsibilities: - Performance Management - Driving, managing and improving the Performance management Process at TIL - Developing and conducting trainings and workshops to ensure that all performance management systems are accurately understood and exercised. - Creating resources such as goal inventory, targeted communication and training programs across BUs and teams to empower employees and their managers to effectively evaluate and measure individual / team's performance. - Improving quality of Performance Management framework and process by auditing goals, documented performance reviews, and feedback / development conversations, by partnering with HR Business partners and L&amp;D COE. - Advising TIL group entities on performance management-related needs. - Providing support in developing strategic and operational leadership in the design, development, implementation, administration, and communication of Performance Management Framework for TIL and its group entities. - Managing the online Performance management system, working with partners to improve the interface and build process efficiencies through automation as also augmenting its adoption. - Pay for performance &amp; compensation revision - Supporting the team in administering on-time TVP and compensation revision process, including budgeting, payouts and analysis thereof - Providing Compensation advisory w.r.t salary approval, mid-term corrections - Maintaining Market relevance as well as Internal parity framework - Supporting the team by partnering with HRBPs, and business if required, to facilitate job mapping of all the employees in the organization and train them on regular intervals - Understanding of pay structures and pay ranges, impact of the same on budget - Conducting compensation benchmarking, participate in C&amp;B surveys and Creating compelling presentations with market insights. - Administering Promotion Process - Managing the employee promotion process for all BUs - Acting as a change agent and driving change management - Facilitating and Managing change and adoption of new systems, processes and policies - Working with the organization to ensure C&amp;B and PMS guidelines are being adhered to Experience: 5-8 years of relevant domain experience Educational Qualification: MBA from a premier B School preferred The ideal candidate will be someone who enjoys creating in chaos, is self driven, with high ownership and absolutely hands- on.
