Job Responsibilities: - To provide advice and consultation to the business relating to all the people relating matters. - Recommend and provide the best advice on new approaches, policies, programs, procedures and processes to increase HR create efficiencies. - Provide intelligence and inferences looking into data and trends and translate them into productive actionable basis the study, this can be in the area of attrition, appraisal, diversity, productivity, effectiveness, and others. - Drive the principles of meritocracy with business leaders in all talent decisions, including promotions, transfers, compensation adjustments, etc. - Creating strong relationships with all the key stakeholders within and beyond the HR function. Desired Skill and Qualification: - Effective organization development / behavior/ effectiveness experience. - Solid track record of building relationships and providing proactive and responsive solutions to Business Unit needs. - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written and the ability to be persuasive with both methods of communication. - Ability to multi-task and demonstrate flexibility and collaboration. - Ability to manage stressful situations with empathy and integrity. - Is comfortable working through ambiguity? - Must have the high sense of integrity. - B.E / B Tech / MBA in HR, Minimum of 7-12 years of a work experience relevant area in HR. - Experience of Internet/ Ecommerce industry will be an added advantage.
