Position Summary : As an Operations Manager(CSM), you will be responsible for managing third-party operations teams for Dineout. This position will be responsible for key performance indicators of a team of ~100+ operations executives. KPIs include customer net promoter score (NPS), cost optimization, and team efficiency in multiple LOBs. Significant to this role is a strong value to understand customer empathy and to drive a high level of customer satisfaction across the customer base.&nbsp; This is a key role within the business and the Ops Manager will proactively engage in the on-going management of the Helpdesk including the topics related to customer satisfaction, service levels metrics, cost optimization, and capacity planning The CSM will be responsible for creating a positive customer experience that ultimately results in customer retention, re-engagement and high customer LTV. This role will work directly with the Sales, Support, Product, and Finance teams. Primary Responsibilities : - Establish, maintain and continually improve service level metrics at the third party vendor - Manage the internal operations team - Maintain a high standard of the customer experience through all customer touchpoints inbound, outbound, chat, email &amp; social media - Periodically review and optimize processes - Establish a watertight escalation management process - Update and maintain Customer database as appropriate - Undertake periodic projects using manpower to help achieve goals set by the leadership - Work regularly with the product team to share product insights and suggestions for improvement based on strong data analysis - Liaison with other third-party services to integrate and automate processes
